Novadays was hired by the Community of Madrid for support in organizing the Open Forum on Programmes and Public Services' evaluation, as well as in the creation of a network of people with interests in the field of evaluation in the Community of Madrid.
For this, the company interviewed more than 500 people related to the evaluation of public programmess and services in the community, identifying the main projects that were led or carried out in recent years, the methodologies to be employed and the results they achieved. This will set up a database of projects and other of people with interest in the subject in the Community of Madrid.
Alongside these preparatory work, Novadays organized the seminar, identifying potential speakers, inviting them, coordinating logistics and finding the right place to do it.
The seminar was a resounding success, bringing together two of the most prestigious professors in this field, Robert Stake and Eric Monnier, and presenting the most relevant evaluation studies of those who had been identified. Attended by more than 150 people, all experts in the field of services and programmes' evaluation.
