The Municipal Taxi Office of Madrid City has commissioned Novadays to conduct two comparative studies on how various problems were addressed in the Taxi in major Spanish and European cities.
This was the first of these two studies, and headed for the acquisition of knowledge that would improve the regulation of the sector in the city of Madrid; therefore, the taxi in Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Paris and London, was analyzed.
