In early 2009, a group of engineering and construction companies contacted Novadays to design a package of improvements related to the research, economic analysis and public policy, that may be included as such in the proposal for an important tender that they were preparing.
Novadays designed that package of improvements, drafting the relevant clauses of the proposal and conducting a detailed economic assessment of them.
