Our main activity client is the public administration.
Our activity is mainly focused on advising the public sector administrators in the implementation of policies that will improve their results. To achieve this aim, we advice them throughout the activities they carry out, framing these activities in what we refer as the ‘public policies cycle', which range from the initial knowledge acquisition needed prior to acting, to the evaluation of implemented programmes and public services, all the way up to strategic planning and action design, as well as the implementation of these policies by means of technical offices with specialized consultants, process consulting or Human Resources.
We have therefore classified our services for the public sector into four main categories:
